On Wednesday, March 29, 2017, Deputies took a report of an indecent exposure at a drive-thru coffee hut in Falcon.  The female victim related that a Hispanic male in a white pickup had driven through the drive up window several times throughout the afternoon on Tuesday, March 28, 2017, and was fondling himself.  When the suspect stopped at the window, the victim told him to leave.

Later on March 29, 2017, the suspect returned to the window and was again exposing himself.  When the victim refused to serve him, the suspect left the area.  Security cameras captured photos of the suspect and the victim obtained the license plate on the pickup. 

After confirmation of his identity, Deputies obtained an arrest warrant for the suspect. 

At approximately 7:00 PM, on March 29, 2017, Jose Ramon Visbal Martinez DOB: 02/05/74, turned himself in and was booked into the Criminal Justice Center on the charge of Indecent Exposure.
