The El Paso County Sheriff’s Office is seeking public assistance in locating a suspect in an unlawful sexual contact and attempted kidnapping, which occurred October 9, 2024, at approximately 2:46 pm. 

The incident occurred in the Stratmoor Valley Park and Trailhead area of unincorporated El Paso County.  

We ask community members to be on the lookout for an adult male, 5’4”- 5’6” in height, 20-30 years old, with tan skin, black hair (possibly worn in a low bun), and chin hair. The suspect wore a red tank top and khaki shorts during the incident. He was seen leaving the area in a 4-door older sedan, silver or light blue. The gas tank was located on the driver’s side, with a white rust spot on the driver’s side back panel large enough to see over the gas cap.
