The El Paso County Sheriff’s Office is looking for Rosella A. Scott, DOB: 11/01/98.  Rosella was reported missing on March 17, 2016, and was last seen at  Mitchell High School around 8:30 AM on Wednesday, March 16, 2016.  She is known to possibly frequent the Citadel Mall area.

Rosella is described as an African American female who is 5'4" feet tall and weighs approximately 105 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.  She was last seen wearing black jeans, a black hooded sweatshirt and white tennis shoes.
