On September 8, 2016, and again on September 11, 2016, the Palmer Lake Police Department experienced two burglaries that occurred sometime overnight, possibly between the hours of midnight and 2:30 AM.

On Sunday, September 11, 2016, at approximately 7:15 PM, Deputies were dispatched to the area of Fontaine Boulevard and Weeping Willow Drive regarding two men fighting in a cab.  It was reported the cab driver had been attacked and stabbed by the suspect he was driving. 
 

On Friday, September 9, 2016, at approximately 1:30 AM, Deputies were dispatched to the 4800 block of Daredevil Drive regarding a possible domestic situation.  Deputies contacted a male party at his residence and determined there were no crimes that had been committed.
