On Sunday, May 29, 2016, deputies responded to the Knights Inn located at 2850 S. Circle Drive in reference to an armed robbery.

The El Paso County Sheriff’s Office is looking for Preston Chandler Brown. DOB: 06/18/00.  Preston was reported missing from the Chipita Park area.              

The El Paso County Sheriff's Office is asking for the public's assistance in finding 18 year old Cevana Cummings.   Cevana was last seen about a month ago in the Security/Widefield area. 

On June 1, 2016, at approximately 7:30 PM, deputies were dispatched to a shooting in the 6200 block of South Calhan Road.  Upon arrival deputies learned an argument between a father and daughter escalated to the point that the father pulled out a handgun and pointed it at his wife and daughter.

On Wednesday, June 1, 2016, at approximately 1:30 am, James T.  Woo, DOB: 07/05/77, was extradited from Washington State and booked into the El Paso County Criminal Justice Center on the charge of First Degree Murder.

The El Paso County Sheriff's Office is asking for the public's assistance in finding 16 year old Aujzne Kimble.   Aujzne was reported as a runaway on May 27, 2016, and was last seen in the 600 block of Birch Dr.

On May 22, 2016, Gustavo Torres-Gonzalez, DOB 11/25/1972 was arrested for the shooting death of Daryl Ritz, as well as unrelated charges out of Teller County Colorado.  Investigators are seeking the public’s help in this case.

The El Paso County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s assistance in finding16 year-old Eva Kuecker.  Eva was reported missing on May 17, 2016, and was last seen leaving her home in the Security area for school.

On May 16, 2016, deputies responded to the area of Judge Orr Road, regarding a missing person.  A co-worker and friend of the victim, reported finding the victim's work truck parked on the property. 

The victim was found on the property deceased.

The Colorado Springs Police Department, the Fountain Police Department, and the El Paso County Sheriff’s Office are pleased to announce the 2nd Annual Pikes Peak Regional Law Enforcement Teen Academy.  The Teen Academy will take place June 6, 2016 through June 10, 2016.

On April 26, 2016, at approximately 7:55 AM, the Sheriff’s Office received a call in reference to a stabbing in the 4300 block of Loomis Avenue.  The stabbing occurred as a result of an altercation between two males.  The suspect had left the area on foot.

The El Paso County Sheriff’s Office is looking for Rosella A. Scott, DOB: 11/01/98.  Rosella was reported missing on March 17, 2016, and was last seen at  Mitchell High School around 8:30 AM on Wednesday, March 16, 2016.  She is known to possibly frequent the Citadel Mall area.

On April 5, 2016, the El Paso County Sheriff's Office began searching for a missing teen, 15 year old Jasmine Hart.  She is 5'03" tall, weighs approximately 130lbs, and has black hair and brown eyes.

On Tuesday, March 29, 2016, at approximately 9:30 AM, a home was burglarized in the 8300 block of Chipita Park Road.  A neighbor saw a newer red Jeep Cherokee fleeing the area driven by a White male in his mid to late 30's.

Four vehicles were broken into overnight on Monday, April 4 - Tuesday April 5, 2016, in the 4700 block of Gami Way in the Colorado Centre neighborhood. The stolen credit cards were then used at 3:16 AM at the Fountain WalMart located at 6310 Highway 85.

The El Paso County Sheriff’s Office is looking for Daishanae Moore (AKA: Dai Dai), DOB: 07/08/99.  Daishanae was reported as a runaway on March 31, 2016.  She has been seen twice with an unknown older African-American female.  The two have been using an EBT Card that does not belong to them.
